Registration for the Symposium is done through our Professional Conference Organiser, Best Destination Partner (BDP). The BDP registration website is linked from --> HERE. Late registration is also possible on-site at the start of the meeting (see below). The registration fee (2000 DKK after April 1) covers the following:
To pay, log into the confirmation/changes page at the BDP registration web site if you have not already done so, and complete the payment form. You may pay with a credit card (via a secure line), or by direct bank transfer. In the latter case, you will receive an invoice (PDF form) with all the necessary details for your payment to be credited correctly. Payments by credit card will be charged to your account immediately; payments by direct bank transfer are initiated by yourself. Confirmation of your payment will be sent when the money has been received by BDP.
On-site registration Registration will be open at the Welcome Reception in the magnificent Convocation Hall in the main building of Copenhagen University (at Frue Plads, right across from the Cathedral - see map of the area HERE and directions under Practical Info) on Sunday, June 8, from 16.00 to 20.00 (no tickets required). Participants who have already registered may receive their conference material at that time, or at the congress venue itself on the morning of June 9. Space permitting, late registration will also be possible at those times. Note that entrance tickets will be required for all subsequent social events.
Acceptance of contributions to the scientific programme (also posters is now closed.
